My hard drive failed, I reinstalled system and UQuick Professional on a new hard drive. Now I can't activate UQuick Professional?

Problem

UQuick Professional uses hard drive's serial number as the unique identifier in the license database. In this case, the hard drive serial number has changed in the new hard drive. The activation server cannot find a match for the new hard drive in the license database.


Solution

Please send your Product ID to [email protected], we will reset the activation record tied to the old hard drive in the license database. You will then be able to activate UQuick Professional on the new hard drive.
