Error: "Error occurred on installing tsr data" during UQuick Professional pre-OS Recovery Console setup.

Problem
You start UQuick Professional setup in the Windows. The setup prompts you to restart the computer to complete the setup after copying program file. You restart the computer and UQuick Professional starts the pre-OS Recovery Console installation. During the installation, you see the error message " Error occurred on installing tsr data".
Solution
1. Press any key to restart the system and skip the pre-OS Recovery Console setup. The Windows will load.
2. Check the computer's BIOS and turn off "prevent disk IO" setting.
3. Setup UQuick Professional again.
