Error: "InitProtectSysData FAILED" when double click UQuick Professional icon?

1. When you double click on the UQuick Professional icon in the system tray, it tries to open the UQuick Professional Application Console (shield.exe).


2. The Application Console connects to a COM object and the COM object connects the UQuick Professional kernel drivers to get snapshots information.


3. You get this error message if the kernel drivers are not responding. It could be the drivers were not fully initialized. Reboot the computer and then try again. If you get the same error, please contact UQuick technical support ([email protected]) for assistance.
