Problem
You start UQuick Professional setup in the Windows. Setup prompts you to restart the computer to complete the setup after copying program file. You restart the computer and UQuick Professional starts the pre-OS Recovery Console installation. During the installation, you see the error message " Failed to test memory, installation canceled".
Solution
1. For unknown reasons, UQuick Professional setup failed to access the PC's extended memory. The setup cannot complete the pre-OS Recovery Console setup.
2. Press any key to restart the computer and skip the setup, Windows will startup.
After you boot back in Windows, please send the UQuick Professional setup log files to [email protected] for technical assistance.
